“With SimplyCast eMarketing, we are now able to create EDMs (Electronic Direct Mailers) in a short time, thus improving our speed to market,” says Andrew Wong, Emballer’s General Manager. “Its simplicity has also allowed us to deploy one instead of two staff for any campaign creation.”

 
Work processes trimmed

Emballer runs EDM campaigns fortnightly. Prior to using SimplyCast eMarketing, the company took one to two weeks and two employees to manage each EDM from design stage to broadcast. More work was needed to maintain and update its customer database before and after each campaign.

With SimplyCast eMarketing, Emballer now takes only two to three days for each EDM. The work-in-progress can be viewed and edited by everyone involved concurrently, and the drag-and-drop and template features help jumpstart each campaign design.
