TO AN OPEN TENDER FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT TADM SERVICE CENTRES TO TRIPARTITE ALLIANCE LIMITED

TAL comprises of three (3) departments – Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM), Tripartite Alliance for Fair & Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) and Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC). As part of this Tender Submission, the Contractor must propose and submit solution consisting of ensuring a high standard of customer service/experience resulting in achieving high customers’ satisfaction rating. In this proposal, Contractor is to propose programmes and the execution plans on how to achieve a high standard of customer experience which will include daily management of centres, conducting and analyzing of surveys and meeting key targets of high customer satisfaction index.
