Getting Started

User Assignment in myBusiness

Manage Users from the App

Note: You can now import/add users within the app too. By adding the new user in the app, the same user info will be added to myBusiness.

1. After you have successfully subscribed to Singtel myBusiness Essential Workflow, you will need to assign an Administrator to manage the service.
Step 1: Click "Manage app" to start assigning the Administrator.
Note: The account will be automatically logged out after 10 minutes of inactivity. Any unsaved data will be lost.
 
2. Select the user you wish to assign to manage your Workflow service.
Step 1: Click the checkbox to select the account to be granted access
 
3. Once you have selected the user, click on the button to assign them.
Step 1: Click "Assign"
Step 2: Select the role you would like to assign to this account
 

2 types of application roles

Administrator: This is the role of the Business owner or HR Manager who needs to setup the company information and claims/leave policies, manage employees' access and view reports.
End User: This is the role of all Employees who can apply leaves, submit claims and view his respective entitlments.

Note: A Singtel myBusiness account must be created for the user before they can be assigned

 
4. This is to confirm the assignment of the user who will be accessing the Workflow service.
Step 1: Click "OK" to proceed
 
5. You will see the following screens and the status will be updated. A login email will be sent to the administrator.
Step 1: Click "OK"
(2) The "Application role" column will show that user assignment is in progress

 


Getting Started

Setting Up Essentials Workflow

Setup company profile, manage claim types, manage leave types and manage your employees (For Administrator Only)

Dashboard Overview
As this is the first time you’re accessing the app, you will see the "Get Started" guide.
2. Filter the claims by status, type, employees and date
3. Click "Apply Filter"
4. Click "Export as CSV" to generate and download the report.
5. Claim details

Void claims:
Step 1: Click "Void" to cancel the application.
Step 2: Enter the remarks
Step 3: Click "Yes"

Approve claims:
Step 1: Click "Approve"
Step 2: Enter the remarks
Step 3: Click "Yes"
 
Manage All Company Leaves
View and manage all your company leaves
View the overall leaves:
1. Click "Manage All Company Leave"
2. Filter the claims by status, type, employees and date
3. Click "Apply Filter"
4. Click "Export as CSV" to generate and download the report.
5. Click "Void" to cancel the application.
Leaves and balance information:
Step 1: Click "Manage Employees"
Step 2: Click "Edit Leaves"
Step 3: You can view the employee’s leave entitlement and leave

 


Apply Leave & Submit Claim

How to apply and submit your leave / claim

Apply Leave 
Step by step on how to apply leave
Step 1: Click "Apply"
Step 2: Click "Leave" from the dropdown menu
Apply leave from" My Leave Applications" page:
Step 1: Select Approver, Leave Type, Duration and Date
Step 2: You can copy this leave application to your colleague for reference.
Step 3: Add Remarks and attachment if any or required
Step 4: Click "Submit"
Step 5: Click "Yes"
Step 6: you will receive an email notification upon successful submission of leave application
View your leave details and status from the listing page.
Step 1: Click "My Leave Application"
Step 2: Filter the leave by status, type and date
Step 3: Click "Apply Filter"

Submit Claim
Step by step on how to submit claim
Submit claim from dashboard:
Step 1: Click "Apply"
Step 2: Click "Claim" from the dropdown menu
Submit claim from "My Claim Submission" page:
Step 1: Click "My Claim Submission"
Step 2: Click "Submit Claim"
Enter the details of your claim submission. Submit the application and you will receive an email notification upon successful submission of claim application.
Step 1: Select approver, claim type, total amount and select GST
Step 2: Select the checkbox "Yes" if you have receipt, and enter the details
Step 3: Click "Choose File" to upload supporting documents
Step 4: You can copy this claim submission to your colleague for reference
Step 5: Add additional note or description for your claim
Step 6: Click "Submit"
Step 7: you will receive an email notification upon successful submission of claim application
 
Leave Profile
You can see your leave balance and status from "My Leave Profile".
Step 1: Click "My Leave Profile"
Step 2: View your leave application details
 
My Claim Submission
You can see your submitted claim and status from "My Claim Submission"
Step 1: Click "My Claim Submission"
Step 2: Filter the claims by status, type and date
Step 3: Click "Apply Filter"
Step 4: Click "Export as CSV" to generate and download the report
Step 5: Overview of your claim application.
Step 6: You can view details, edit and cancel claim.

 


Approval Process

How to approve or reject leaves or claims

(For Administrator/approver only)

Overview
Overview of leaves and claims application
1. View the leaves and claims pending your approval in dashboard
2. Click "Leaves" or "Claims" to view details
3. Alternatively, you can access the claims or leave list by click "Approve Claims" or "Approve Leave" on left menu
 
Claim or Leave Application
You can view full list of leave / claim applications, or filter the list by status, type, name and date range

Leave Profile
You can see your leave balance and status from "My Leave Profile".
Step 1: Click "My Leave Profile"
Step 2: View your leave application details
 
Approve or Reject Leave / Claim from Listing Page
Step 1: Click "Approve" or "Reject" the application
A confirmation page prompt out. Enter your comments (if any) to approve or reject and proceed.
Step 2: Enter the reason (optional) for approval or rejection
Step 3: Click "Yes"
 
Approve or Reject Leave / Claim from Detail Page
Step 1: Click "View" fromlisting page
Step 2: Click "Approve" or "Reject" the application
Approve or Reject Leave / Claim from Email
Step 1: Click "Approve" or "Reject" the application from email
 
Note: Applicant will receive a status update email once the approver approve or reject the application.
