Dear Sir / Madam, RE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE FOR TRIPARTITE ALLIANCE LIMITED (TAL) 1.            We would like to invite you to Tender for the supply and delivery of the goods and/or performance of the services.  Tender will open on 17th Oct 2016. 2.            The Tender shall be submitted via email to the email address: tripartiteallianceltd@gmail.com not later than 4:00 pm sharp on  28th Oct 2016.  TAL will not accept any Tenders submitted in hard copy. 3.            You are required to attend a compulsory site briefing on 19th Oct 2016 (Wednesday) at 3:00pm at #05-06, Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability, 80 Jurong East Street 21, 609607. Interested Tenderers are to: (a)          Email their full name, NRIC and name of company to both contact persons by 18th October 2016 (Tuesday) at 11 pm; and (b)          Submit a signed copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement for Receiving Tender Documents in order to receive the Tender documents. Failure to email your personal particulars will result in your access to the site briefing location being denied. 4.            Attendance of site briefing is compulsory. Offers submitted by Tenderers who do not attend the site briefing will not be further evaluated. The intention of the site briefing is to brief Tenderers on the project specifications, schedules and answer clarification.  A maximum of two representatives from each interested Tenderer are allowed to attend the site briefing. Interested tenderers are to email to us at tripartiteallianceltd@gmail.com to receive the Non-Disclosure Agreement for Receiving Tender Documents, and also to register for the compulsory site briefing.
