INVITATION TO TENDER - THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT FOR DIGITAL PLATFORM TO SUPPORT IHRP CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS AND ASSOCIATES’ CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD) JOURNEY This invitation for tender aims to seek proposals from Learning Management System (LMS), Mobile App and/or Social Collaboration Companies to design and develop a one-stop interactive platform with a collection of features to enable users to collaborate and engage within an community and take charge of their development and track their CPD achievements.  Please contact Cherlin Tee at cherlin.tee@ihrp.sg for the tender document.
