Prior to deploying E. Payslip, the team was relying on a spreadsheet system. At the end of every month, each employee would submit their lump sum of hours worked to Mr Lin, who would then key in their hours manually into spreadsheets. This took up a lot of Mr Lim’s time and effort – both of which would have been better spent on managing his business operations. So, when Ministry of Manpower (MOM) announced the requirement to issue itemised payslips to employees, Mr Lin decided to source for a digital payslip solution. Growing Milestones
Impressed with the complimentary five-employee plan, Mr Lin upgraded his plan to the paid 10-employee plan without hesitation. Moving on, he hopes to expand his team. Will he then scale his up solution to the next level to meet the needs of his growing team? The resounding answer is yes. He says, “We have been using the system and understand it well, so there’s no doubt that we will expand our payslip solution if we need to. The affordable sign-up fee is a plus too.”
