Frequently asked questions

PASS is the professional assisted SaaS solution, consisting of setting up the solution, subscribing and provided unlimited helpdesk support for the next 12 months. It is aimed at helping SMEs to get their service, e.g. creating their websites, ready. All these for one flat charge for the first year. From the second year onwards, you will continue to pay at the prevailing monthly recurring charge of the service.
You will receive an email within minutes after you purchase it online (or within 3 working days if you purchase it from the Singtel retail shop or from our sales consultants). You can login to myBusiness to submit your content when you are ready.
We hope that will not happen! When you purchase PASS, you have paid for the setup service, including one year usage of the app. Therefore, we recommend that you continue to use it until the end of first year before you terminate. If however, you need to do so urgently, you may choose to terminate the service with 30-day notice, but no refund will be provided.
