OneGuest is a complete end-to-end solution that will meet the needs of any Food & Beverage business from a small eatery to a large restaurant. The solution consists of three apps:

  • OneGuest Menu: An end-to-end themed and transactional menu that encompasses the whole ordering process. It enables tables to be assigned, guests to browse and order food and beverages with a full integration to the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • OneGuest Manage: Simplifies the allocation of tables and empowers service staff to collaboratively attend to guests on mobile devices. Orders are taken from the guests and sent directly to the kitchen. Service managers may view real time reports on popular menu items, monitor sales and customer feedback to pro-actively manage the business.
  • OneGuest Admin: A cloud-based content management system to dynamically maintain the inventory of items appearing in the menu. The built-in analytics provide insight in understanding guest behaviour.
