If you are unable to login to the portal, it may be due to:
3.1 | Your account has been locked due to 5 invalid login attempts. Please contact your administrator to unlock your account by following the below steps Administrator to login to myBusiness Dashboard - Click on Manage Users Click on Login ID link of user whose account needs to be unlocked. Click on Unlock button User account is unlocked successfully. User can now login to portal with existing login credentials. |
3.2 | Your account has been suspended by your Administrator. Please contact your administrator to reactivate your account by following the below steps: Administrator to login to myBusiness Dashboard - Click on Manage Users Click on Login ID link of user whose account needs to be unsuspended Click on Unsuspend button User account is unsuspended successfully. User can now login to portal with existing login credentials. |
