If you are unable to login to the portal, it may be due to:
3.1 | Your account has been locked due to 5 invalid login attempts. Please contact your administrator to unlock your account by following the below steps Administrator to login to myBusiness Dashboard - Click on Manage Users ![]() Click on Login ID link of user whose account needs to be unlocked. ![]() Click on Unlock button ![]() User account is unlocked successfully.
