User is unable to login

If you are unable to login to the portal, it may be due to:

  1. You forget your login ID and password. You can request your Administrator to reset the password for you by following the below steps

    Administrator to login to myBusiness Dashboard - Click on Manage Users


    Click on Login ID link of user to reset the password



    Click on Reset Password button to reset password for selected user



    User password is reset successfully. User will receive reset password email (for OTP notification via email) or reset password SMS (for OTP notification via SMS) to reset his password.


  2. You forget your password. You can self-reset your password via Forgot your Password by following below steps

    Click on Forgot your password link in login page



    For OTP Notification via Email

    Provide your login ID check tick "I'm not a robot" checkbox to proceed



    Provide your secret answer and click Submit button



    Your password is reset, please check your email for reset password link



    For OTP notification via SMS

    Provide your login ID and tick "I'm not a robot" to proceed



    Provide secret answer and click Submit



    Provide 6-digit one time password received from your mobile no. then click Submit



    Provide and confirm your new password. Click Submit



    Your password has been reset successfully. You are now logged in.


  3. If you are still unable to login with your correct Login ID and correct password, it may be due to:
     
    3.1Your account has been locked due to 5 invalid login attempts. Please contact your administrator to unlock your account by following the below steps

    Administrator to login to myBusiness Dashboard - Click on Manage Users



    Click on Login ID link of user whose account needs to be unlocked.



    Click on Unlock button



    User account is unlocked successfully. User can now login to portal with existing login credentials.


     

     

    3.2Your account has been suspended by your Administrator. Please contact your administrator to reactivate your account by following the below steps:

    Administrator to login to myBusiness Dashboard - Click on Manage Users



    Click on Login ID link of user whose account needs to be unsuspended



    Click on Unsuspend button



    User account is unsuspended successfully. User can now login to portal with existing login credentials.
