MecWise Time Management is a comprehensive web-based system to streamline and automate time management activities such as tracking, monitoring, reporting, and automatic computation and processing of these data. This eases the calculation of variable pay data, such as overtime and any attendance-based allowances or deductions.
With MecWise Time Management, you can save time by substituting the manual roster planning processes with an automated system. It helps to eliminate human errors, manage complicated excel files and improve resource utilisation by providing greater visibility and control over labor costs and workforce.
A time clock/reader system only allows you to track the clock in/out information of your employees, but does not help you with the roster process. It also does not calcuate the worked hours and manage any overtime, late and early hours.
You can import the time in/out data form your existing time clock/reader system easily into MecWise Time Management. All you need to do is export time in/out data from the existing reader system into text file (.txt file) and import the text file into MecWise Time Management.
